Hey guys I'm a long time reader but brand new member.
I'll start with some stats and history:
Age: 24
Weight: 163lbs
Height: 5'6
Bodyfat %: 14%
Cycle history:
First:
10 wk test E followed by 3 wk pct.
Second:
14 wk test C w/ 12 wk Equipoise followed by 4 wk pct.
I know I'm only 24 and 2 cycles in already, I was an impatient kid but I've done my research for this next one and I'm so excited for it.
I'm doing 8 wk test P, Tren A w/ 6 wk winstrol, running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) entire time with anastrozal as well. My training is definitely on track but I have no idea what to do about diet I've only ever done bulk cycles. Do I restrict my cals? Or bump em up with extremely clean foods?
