3rd cycle opinons please

i am 23 ive been trying to design a good cycle for lean mass gains, when i run gear strength is never really an issue it always comes with it and im not looking to lift heavier as a goal im looking for hard dense muscle maybe a solid 10 lbs after post cycle therapy (pct) and water loss. im going to b running between 4000-4500 cals a day.

this is lets say day 1 for my diet

meal 1- bowl of oatmeal, 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites, fruit and omega's

meal 2- can of tuna bowl of brocolli

meal 3 - due to time and class constraints will probly end up being 1000cal gainer shake 30 grams of protien

meal 4- 2 chicken breast bowl of rice and more fruit

meal 5- oatmeal 3eggs

meal 6- post workout cut of steak/beef with potatoes 30 gram isolate shake with 30g glycocarb

meal 7 - bowl of cottage cheese yogurt, possibly one last gainer shake

obviously this is just a mock up day where changes will occur and cheat meals probly 2 times a week break it down to 1 maybe even zero following post cycle therapy (pct)

now for my cycle

Weeks 1-10 test e twice a week at 1cc per shot
Weeks 1-8 tren e twice a week at 1cc per shot
Weeks 5-10 Winstrol (winny) 50mg ed
Weeks 8-11 hcg 500iu a day
Weeks 12-17 20mg ed nolva
Weeks 12-15 20mg ed aromasin

i love test got great gains off of it with winstrol in my first cycle, thought it try tren e for the first time i have researched to not push it to far past 8 weeks as of the sides. the winstrol is in there because i want that hard gain i got off of it before and when i dont have the tren in my system i still want something there so i dont have a huge drop off point. i will b running HCg 2 weeks before the end of my cycle many of you might say i dont need it because this isnt a long or hefty cycle but i have shut down off of simple Anavar (var) cycles before so id rather b safe then sorry and the novla aromisin is from an article on i steroids and a few recommendations.

if any of you came across my topic of tren a test e and Winstrol (winny) this has had a lot more research put into it so no need to bring that up. and lets get past the age BS as well im 2 cycles deep as it is no need to hear anything about how im to young. that all said i appreciate any and all help and opinions you guys provide. thank you.
 
I am really not trying to be a "grandpa" here but damn you have a lot of years ahead of you to be doing 2cc of test E per week. I am sorry for the knee jerk reaction but it is just the first thing that comes to mind when a 23 year old guy proposes this amount of test.

That being said I am not a huge fan of Winstrol (winny), But I work As a welder and I basically do a full on weight/water cut every day so I am a lil biased.

If you do not mind me asking what was your last stack and how did your body respond to it?? you mentioned your first but what did you do on your last go around?

Your diet looks ok For you goals. What kind of workouts are you planning?

So per your request I wont bust your balls on the age thing and looks like you have done your home work. I guess it is up to your body to determine how much you need to respond in the manner you are looking for. I am just really sketchy on the Winstrol (winny) and would not recommend it personally but it is your call in the end just be careful man and good luck.

Change that Win crap out to Masteron and you will be doing much better ... 10 week cycles are for girls !

if u wanna c my true full blue meal plan i have no problem posting it its just an excel format and doesnt fit well i had two dietitians go through it. this one i showed u is a mock up and doesnt have full food showing its just showing that i do know how to get the protein i need and to the proper ratio of carbs for my goals simple as that. as for the 500mg of test a week that a basic starting point for test my first cycle was only 300mg a week with 50 mg of Winstrol (winny) a day and then from weeks 8-12 it was 80mg of Anavar (var) with a simple post cycle of 6 weeks of nolva. my stats are im 23 5'10" im 210 13% as of 3 weeks ago when i got that checked. my seconds cycle was very simple it was a Anavar (var) only cycle for 12 weeks at 80mg a day. i ended up going up to 214lbs 7%bf and then when i went off i had a bad injury in my hip and i could not work legs or do cardio for a month. the reason for the Winstrol (winny) in the cycle is the drastic change from going from 500mg of test e and 300mg of tren e to just 500mg of test is going to cause me a huge change in my body. simply adding in 50mg of Winstrol (winny) will keep me stable and holding results thats my opinion.

As for the results of my first cycle i ended up putting on 32lbs by my very last day dropping 15lbs and holding onto 17 while keeping almost all strength except in my squat.

Easy question:
If your first cycle was so good, then why would you want to change it ?
Winny won't help you hold onto anything..

There are people here who can help you make your way... I can see by the way you write this that you need some help and I would really like to help you... I think that others will join in and get that done for you. Perhaps there is better gear for you that will get you where you want to be ?

I'm sorry about the diet thing.. We all know how much diet means to all of us. My bad : )

it was good but not great the results ive seen from tren on others is amazing and i would like to give it a try myself. as for the Winstrol (winny) i already have it and would like to use it in the cycle if its not going to impede anything or hurt me in the long run is there anything saying i cannot do it with this cycle? i do appreciate your input this is helping me. as far as the other doses go especially for post cycle therapy (pct) as this is the first time i have ever used hcg and there seems to b no standard way to use it and no one can seem to agree on one way i was hoping this was the appropriate way to go about it.
 
I don't think you're crazy at all for going to 500 mgs. of test per week. I don't do tren any more because it caused insomnia and mood swings but then I'm older and have mellowed some. I'm sure you'll like the results you get from tren. You aren't wrong to use Winstrol (winny) as you proposed but I'm not a fan of it. It wrecks my blood lipids bad and is notorious for causing connective tissue injuries. I think anavar is a much better oral.

With regard to the HCG, the plan you have is better than not using it at all, but the weekly dose you plan is higher than it should be in my opinion. It is better to reduce the dose and spread it out. Run it till the end but not into your recovery period. I prefer to do 2 weekly shots of 250-350 ius each for the entire duration of the cycle. Using too much has some downsides. You can desensitize.
 
Trev dog thanks for the input, i prefer Anavar (var) myself its just way to pricy where i live. As for the Hcg i only have two viles and i understand once mixed they dont last very long. if im wrong please feel free to point it out.
 
The HCG does have a shelf life but from experience it still works after the date is up...call me crazy but I noticed no diff between the old crap and by old I mean a month or 2 vs my brand new mixes...
 
OHHH and I completely had a brain fart on you Test E amount....



I saw 1 cc 2 times per week and my brain said "that's 1000mg of test" lol my bad my bad

Yeah 500 mg is fine My brain calculator was fuked lol... I just cannot get over the Winstrol (winny) ... And I swear to god I have never heard anybody "enjoy" there time on tren but this is comming from older guys who complained about the "swings" in their mood. Then there is the whole "can't sleep for shit" part. A younger guy may respond night and day different?


And I would go 12-13 wks at least on the test E (but I am an old man) ...hell it wont even kick for like 3wks ( at least that's how it went for me)


I just really dislike the Winstrol (winny) and I am fond of my hair too lol!

well its sounding like stay away from the Winstrol (winny) but i was really looking forward to the fat loss effects of it. by the way dadawg i have a rottie best bread ever 5 months old love him to death.

winnie doesnt cause fat loss , thats a myth.

really? it really leaned me down on my first cycle, with proper dieting obviously. As for the HCG i was going to go with what the mother mod suggested with 250-300 iu a week, is this what others have tried? as well do inject it only during my ten weeks or do i go past that?

winnie dries you out and thats temporary but it makes you look leaner. thats why bodybuilders use it precontest , they dont care if the lean look leaves as soon as the contest is over.

ooo i understand, but if im following the Winstrol (winny) to the end of my cycle with aromasin and nolva would that dry look stay?
