3rd time bulk cycle..

I already had a post up but i cant find it..

anyway i started today with my test cyp 100mg/ml

stats:

height:172cm

bf: 13%

weight: 85kg

age: 22

cycle:

week 1-10: test cyp 600mg/week
week 3-12: tren ace 200mg/week
week 5-14: deca 250mg/week
.5mg arimidex ed on cycle
pct: nolva,clomid,hcg

yes its a weird cycle i KNO ! a good friend has been doing research for over 10 yrs..he made this for me so im going to go with it and see what happens..

so just thought id let you all kno iv started as of today and yes i will have pics..my first bulk cycle i finished up at 97kg so im expecting some solid gains,..going to stay leaner this time around and my diet is spot on..

i have one question: my test is 100mg/ml so thats 6 ml /week.. should i pin twice a week or 3 times a week ?

A better cycle would be:
1-14 Test Cyp 500mg
1-8 TrenA 100mg EOD
1-12 Deca 400mg
1-14 Prami .5mg ED
1-14 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
17-18 Clomid 100/50/50/25

I am sure you know why this is a better alternative. The choice is yours of course.

thx humdiddly..i wanted 2 do a similar cycle but my friend insists i go with his theory..so im treating this as an experiment in a way..

its been about 12 hours since forst cyp shot and my core temp is up a little but im sure its in my head..hope its not test flu..ill let you kno how i go..

why do my threads keep getting moved ? i dnt get it..

anyway feeling fine today..no test flu !! but i do feel a bit doey ! my body is just making adjustments..

loving my new slow cooker i got the other day..makes things so much easier..been having lots of red meat and veg..about 6 meals a day..lots of water, multi, zinc, calcium,liver supp, heaps of omega3, glutamine, getting some creatine mono..

heavy weights every pm---one muscle group--stretch then bike..

ohh and i checked my height the other day and im 172cm not 169..lol
 
day 2:

trained chest and shoulders today..max db incline was 36kg db's
max bench - 100kg
(split routine) max side lateral - 18kg db's (1 arm at a time)
behind head press - 50kg barbell (standing)
rear delt row machine - 65kg
also did calf the bike..

lots of chicken and veg today...just had some beef.. off 2 sleep..give me a week and ill weigh my self..
 
day 3 ...am

one thing i noticed today when i woke up was an oily face.. iv never had that before.. appetite seems to be increasing...will check in tonight..
 
day 5

feeling very sluggish and heavy headed..but starting to feel much more blood flow wen i train..appetite is through the roof..same with libido..gf thinks im an animal..but she loves it..lol..havent weighed my self...over all no real huge difference in terms of strgth and gains.. i guess next week i will start to see some real progress..stay tuned !!:shoot5:
 
day 6

trained chest and arms this morning..had the best pump iv had in a long time..did 42kg flat db press easy.. eating lots.. libido is a bit of a pain, its all i think about and its destracting..lol.. soo today i really noticed a difference and i weighed my self; 86kg..so 1kg in the first week..will be interesting wen i take my first tren shot..never had tren so im looking forward..gotta go eat..:tounge2:
 
day 7

had indigestion all day ! had a crap back workout..still got a nice pump..everyone around me was ina shit mood so kind made me shitty...ate some junk food..but tomorrow is a new day and the start of the week so going to focus and make progress in more ways then one..

2nd shot of cyp tomorrow..will check in then..
 
day 9

pimples on my back...first time iv had that..workouts r getting better and better each day..recovery is speeding up..still no huge strength gains yet but size gaines r evident from what ppl have been telling me..shouldlers are starting 2 look round and full. still only had 2 shots..
 
day 12

pimples seem to be settling down. trained chest last night and did 110kg, first time in a while..the pumps just seem 2 be getting better and better..starting tren on monday..

Your cyp is dosed kinda low....No? 100mg/ml..ouch
