well one thing i learned on my first cycle of test only is there is really no such thing as "putting on lean muscle mass".
the bottom line is your either putting it on or burning it off-you just cant do both at once-at least not efficiently.
i find it very difficult to put on noticeable fat when running test. if you just make sure you get enough protein-that is more like cutting diet. to put on mass you need it all-protein carbs and fat. yes thats what i said you need fat, good fat bad fat all of it.
dont get me wrong dont go eating fast food-but IMO there is nothing wrong with a fat ass ribeye-some potatoes a salad some soup-all in one meal. I guess what im saying without being specific-is if you want to put on some quality size-a super clean diet just wont cut it.
