4 weeks in on Test E..

I currently just finished my 4th week of my first cycle ( 500mg a week ) Im starting to notice decent strength gains, not really visible but im sure it takes time to see a difference, however I was curious about something.. people always make a big deal about testicular shrinkage... but i dont think i am experiencing any.. is this normal?
 
Well heres the trick thing about that.. i've lost a lot of fat but remained near the same weight maybe up 3 or 4 lbs.. but i am without a doubt stronger.. so I think the muscle has replaced fat for weight. I am using Dynasty labs enanline 250.. I noticed I am getting oily skin but no testicular shrinkage
 
i know they have quality stuff from what i here but that doesnt sound right to me, i dont have shrinkage either its fine i usally do during sex thats it. But u should be up more than 4 pounds man...let someone else critique this cuz u could do all that without aas thats really nothing for four weeks in, depending on how much strength gains ur talkin about.

ur fine bro-sounds like your test is workin just fine-how much you gain usually depends on how much you eat.

what are you eating daily?
 
I eat super clean but I make sure that I take in the protein I need per lb of body weight at least... and as far as strength gains for example on aas i am able to bench my previous one time max 6 times on my 4th set... 12,10,8,6 sound decent?
 
your strength should climb significantly in the next couple weeks-what is your bf%? what do you mean by clean?
 
well my main goal is to put on a good amount of lean muscle... Im just paying close attention to my diet so when it comes time to lean out I dont have to work off more fat from eating like a mule.. even though its ideal for aas.. however I am taking in all the protein I should and eating very healthy so hopefully I yield good results
 
well one thing i learned on my first cycle of test only is there is really no such thing as "putting on lean muscle mass".

the bottom line is your either putting it on or burning it off-you just cant do both at once-at least not efficiently.

i find it very difficult to put on noticeable fat when running test. if you just make sure you get enough protein-that is more like cutting diet. to put on mass you need it all-protein carbs and fat. yes thats what i said you need fat, good fat bad fat all of it.

dont get me wrong dont go eating fast food-but IMO there is nothing wrong with a fat ass ribeye-some potatoes a salad some soup-all in one meal. I guess what im saying without being specific-is if you want to put on some quality size-a super clean diet just wont cut it.
 
goog good info bud, thanks... so what do you suggest then? just eat for mass gaining and just maybe throw some cardio in to keep the heart and lungs healthy and also maintain excess calories? I just wanna make the best of it. any advice helps
 
i would eat like a horse-keep in mind i mean eating good stuff-i just had a feeling that when you said clean you meant low carb low fat.

keep your protein high-but dont skip the carbs-i basically eat anything i can cook at home. i stay away from dressing and all that shit-but i def get my fair share of carbs.

also at least 10% of your diet should be saturated fat-so if you eat 4000 cals- 1 gram fat =9 cals
 
hahaha yea if i was huge and ripped natty then i wouldn't be dealing with these newbie sore muscles and aas!! but yea I guess i will amp up the eating then
 
i eat 2 cheat meals a day, doesnt hurt me i stay pretty damn lean.
 
That sounds a lot like my gains man. I'd never really been able to get over 250 in my life, and had been down to 245 cus of bein sick before my cycle, but around week 4 i was up to 253 or so.. But felt like I had gained more muscle than that and just replaced some of my fat with muscle..... Strength WAY up just like you claim as well.

So yours sounds about par for the course.. My balls dont seem super shrunk all the time but whenever im fuckin they definitely feel a bit diff...
