I'm 40 years old,
6 ft 2, 104 kgs/230 lbs
BF - not sure but I've got a bit around the waist nothing huge though
Diet is as clean as can be - chicken breast/steak, low GI carbs and plenty of greens
Supplements : BSN Syntha 6 am & PW, NO Explode, BSN Cell Mass
Been training on and off since my teens.
looking at this for my 1st cycle :
WK 1 - 12: Test E 800 mg (Alpha Pharma) - 800 due to natural decrease linked to age
WK 1 - 4 : Dianabol 40 mg day
WK 2 - 12: Tamoxifen 25 per day
WK 6 - 12: 3 x Clen 2wk Cycles @ 120 mcg day
WK 8 - 12: Winistrol 50 per day
WK 12 - 14: Nothing
WK 14 - 16: Tamoxifen 40 mg per day
WK 16 - 18: Tamoxifen 20 per day
I know that this looks a bit heavy but my logic is that I'm an older guy with bigger needs !!
I wanted to run Arimidex as an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) throughout, but my guy either can't get his hands on any or he owns shares in Tamoxifen
Lastly considering my natural size I'm thinking around the 4 - 5'000 (clean) calorie range per day, 5/6 meals ?
How does this look guys ?
