45 yr olds First Cycle

Smittiot, right on brother...Im 52 and just getting ready to start 2nd cycle...1st was amazing. My gains were great and I felt like I had found the fountain of youth. My advice is to know where you want to go and draw a map that will get you there...(you know what I mean), follown your plan, it looks like a good one.

Overall great week. Small strength gains, vascularity is better too. Added creatine a couple weeks ago, so maybe part of it. Also, my nerve in upper back and tendonitous in elbow are much better. These were really keeping my strength gains down.
Feel great, sleep great and mental parts are the best part of this cycle.
No more bloody pins...
 
Enjoy the log. Keep at it. in close to same boat. 40, 3rd life time cycle, Sustanon (sust), prop, mast total of 13 weeks on. diet is biggest challenge getting enough caalories but am putting on weight and have seen strength start to rise. Currently 194 running about 12% BF on week 2.

My body fat is down,but weight is same so for that I am happy.

Definately noticing size in delts. Strength is good, and recovery between sets is amazing fast. I have been resting only about 60 secs or less even when going heavy. It's like I have to force myself to stop training which ever muscle I am on.
No acne. Well 1 or 2 now and then, but normal.
Going to run 13 weeks instead of 12 because I don't want to have to start PCT until after a trip I have to make.
Starting to plan fornext cycle 3+ months down the road. Maybe Test/Deca?
 
Run Nolva for your PCT, not clomid AND nolva. Also, you can (and should IMO) run nolva during cycle IF any sides come up (doubtful since its just test by itself and you hav adex).
 
Why not both? Most everything I have read is clomid only or clomid + nolva for a Test only cycle.
Would love to hear your thoughts.

Solid week. Did a personal best 2 reps with 3- #45 plates per side on the incline bench Hammer Strength machine.
Damn pinched nerve or whatever in my scapula came back mid week and is painfull at all times, but not worse during workouts. Just makes me more edgy and affects body posture.

Sort of a 'flat'week as I had to travel due to the death of my grandmother.
Still got all my workouts in, but they were so so and rushed do to time constraints.
Back to it this week,with only 3 weeks left.
Props to Solid Muscle's protein powders. Got the berry and vanilla and both are good and mix well. Shipping went well too.
 
Forgot to mention that I am increasing my calories for the last few weeks. I know that it's late in the game, but want to see how my body reacts for a future cycle.

Good week and weight is climbing slowly as plaanned.
Joint issues and some cramps have been issues. Definately going to run T with deca for next cycle in a fewmonths.
Starting to put together supplies for that but may need help some how.
2 weeks to go then done. Size and strenth were good this week too.
 
At 42 I'm getting the muscle cramps in places I've never had and my joints are aching to. My body weight gain has stopped on week 6 but my lifting weights have steadily increased.

This orginally was to be the end of the cycle, but I am running through this week. So, will be a 13 week cycle.
I think that a first cycle is sort of a "experiment" cycle, in that you never know how your body will react. What I have learned is that my body either likes more than 500 mg week or a closer spacing of pins. I always felt better when I pinned on 3rd day rather than 4th. Maybe it is just that it was sustanon?
Will post some final pics tomorrow if I get time.
I have purchased (waiting for shipments) much of my next cycle that I plan to start in September I think.
Next run will be test E and deca, both pinnacle. That is, if they come through as many have claimed. Had someone else do the dirty work for scoring product last time. Guess it's my turn to man-up...
