First, in order to best respond to your question "what do you think I need to work on," you need to state your goals, do you want to stay fit, to bodybuild and compete, other?
If you want to stay fit, just keep up what you are doing: you have good symmetry, a nice flat, hard tummy, good overall muscularity. You have a better build than 95% of other guys.
If however your goal is to bodybuild and compete, then you need to get bigger.
