Heres my score;

Diet 18
Rest 9
Exercise 9 ( been off for over 2 weeks with a pinched nerve in my neck, but I started back again today)

Mental Att. 15

My score is a weak ass 68. But once I put in a soild 2 weeks back in the gym I will raise my score. As far as rest..... thats for my 7 month old to decide!
