58YO - Prohormone/routine/results input needed

What sort of results will I get form a cycle and routine like this ?

Good shape and a bit pudgy.
Good diet. Pretty lean, mostly high quality proteins and fruits and vegetables. Low fat, no sugar, low starch.

Moderate exercise now.
Lift 2x a week, walk 2x a week.

58 YO - Weight 245-250 and 6-3.
Should weigh 235 max.

Lean and in Super shape for me would be 220-225.

Been lifting for 30 years.

Right now just minimal lifting, bench workout 135#, max 215-225 on a good day.
Squats 115-135.
Combo exercises.

Basically want to lean out and gain some muscle.

Figure 150-200 gr protein a day.
3000 calories a day.
Work out more intense 3x a week. - thats all I can swing.
Walk 3x a week.

This is what I am thinking on a PH.
Dont know the doses yet.

look into the diet and routine areas bro and start to make gains both to lifts and to your physique. experiment and improve yourself for a yr then come and ask about the chemical enhancement. Believe me you'll be glad you did and will reap the rewards even if you are over 60.
