Hey guys im on my 5th week got some blood work done i wanted to know what my estradiol level was, im gyno paranoid(i had gyno removed when i was a teen on left nipple)
blood was drawn fasted at 9 am 48 hours after my last injection i do 100mg e3.5d

Testosterone, Serum 941 (348-1197 ng/dL)
Estradiol 22.3 (7.6-42.6 pg/mL)
LH 0.3 (1.7-8.6 mIU/mL)
FSH 0.3 (1.5-12.4 mIU/mL )

i feel great but im having lots of joint pain, im taking 7.5mg of Androsta ed as an AI, i was wondering if i can let my e2 go a little higher and reduce to maybe 5mg Androsta to reduce joint pain without risking high estro side effects

whats a good test e2 ratio ? i know lots of guys aim for e2 in the 20s but its killing my joints specially where i had old injuries like my left elbow and shoulder

any input is apreciated.

They aim for 20-30 on the sensitive test. Yours appears to be the non-sensitive - so on the sensitive you are much lower. My joints hurt almost immediately when I drop my E too low, which you have. Definitely back off a little. All changes slowly.

I feel your pain... I had gyno removed 8 months ago... nasty nasty stuff. Luckily, you are older now and understand what it is. If you notice anything nipple related, there is a good chance your E is climbing too high and you can prevent that.

It is the female hormone test from privatemdlabs I'm not sure if it's the sensitivity or non sensitive I'm sure someone here knows Wich one was it , I heard from them from this forum always awesome info. Yea I really feel the low e in my joints was expecting it to be lower but the sensitive and non sensitive thing makes sense.

I was on double dose of ai I'm taking now 2 weeks ago and I really felt joints hurt even on my good joints I backed down to half dose of that now I just need to check if it was the sensitive or non sensitive see if I reduce my ai dose even more

I am 90% sure they are non-sensitive. The latest sensitive tests are basically designed for men... which likely aren't included in a "female hormone" test.

BUT - your test is just fine. A ton of guys use that over the sensitive test. The only reason I pointed out the sensitive is because you made reference to the magical number of 20, which is less relevant to the test you had. If its the standard assay, which I am assuming it is, you are shooting for a higher value. Someone else will need to chime in. I think its IMT that says anything under like 45-50 on the standard test is ok. I would personally go by the symptoms - which in your case - with zero doubt in my mind - points to low E.

I definitely agree with Jim about your estradiol being too low. If yours is ~22 on the standard assay, you could very well be in the single digits on the sensitive assay. That's just way too low for many of us to feel good, and definitely explains your joint pain.

Is Androstra the same as adex? If so that shit is rough and is usaully better when dosed EOD or E3D.

Don't get caught up in a number on E2. Yes you don't want it sky high but I would'nt aim for a certain number. I actually feel good with my numbers in the 50-60 range on the non sensative essay. Remember everyone is a different person. What works for you may not work for me.

androsta is different than arimidex, i bought liquidex from n2mb but the main ingridient is androsta dont know why they sell it as liquidex. maybe i should pick up a liquidex from rui ? i have like 200 1mg arimidex but i havent used them because is difficult to split them in quarters.

been taking 15 mg androsta a day recommended dose is 60mg on label, im dropping down to 7.5mg wich is .5ml
