Hit a plateau doing front squats 5x5..I have been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks now..what is the best way to proceed..
1. add 5 lbs and go 5x3..keep doing this until a plateau is reached then go back to original sticking point and try 5x5?
2. switch to reg squats, but where would be a good starting weight?
3. start hitting some t-prop and hope im stronger next leg day? lol
or lets hear some of your suggestions if you got..thnx!!!!!!!

change you set/rep range for a while. hell do the leg routine i got posted in the deadlift sticky for a month then go back. you need a change for a while. classic example.

with any routine change must be incoorporated occassionally to keep fresh. i do it and every succesful lifter i know.

heres what im thinking
front squats 3x10
hacks 3x10
leg press 2x8

old routine was
front squats 5x5
reverse hacks 3x6-8

sometimes just changing things up for a few week and going right back to your regular workout works wonders .

hell for a month try 1 all out workset per exercise. sets of 10 will work. just murder it.

i normally only do 2 pressing exercises for legs as well.
