Thought I would post a before after pic. 6 month transformation and all natural. 165 - 195

5 days a week of training not much cardio. Shitty pic with shirt on. I will get some pics with out a shirt, Just have to find my usb lol.

I eat about 5-6 times a day. high protein, moderate carbs, low fat.

Unless your thighs are 28 inch plus, not knocking you bro! just
questioning your scales, keep up the training.
