6 months of working out/clean eating since low test score :(

6 months ago at the age of 27 I was tired, low libido and had trouble losing body fat. Never really felt like other guys. Worked out hard, lifted heavy weights, did crossfit, ate paleo but never could get lower than 19% BF and had trouble/still do building muscle. I weight 225 and am 6'1. Dad has low test. Mom complained about it for years (GROSS). Anyways I just got retested to see where I am after six months. In July 2011 I tested a total test of 273

Today I came back at 366, so I gained almost 100 points but still have lack of focus, drive, sex drive etc. Here is a picture of my labs from today.

Looking for advice. Thinking Chip is the way to go. Also hoping someone could look over them and tell me if anything is alarming. 6 months of hard work and nothings really changed.

When I intially started my numbers came back at 315 and yesterday I tested at 1466.
I would talk to Chip as soon as you can, email is probably best right now. Your numbers should be a lot higher than where they are at your age. Don't wait until 34 like I did. Good luck.

Try dropping more body fat. High bf = low test/high estrogen. You've already shown that you can increase your test by dropping some fat. If it was me I would try tweaking my diet. Concentrate on losing weight and not gaining mass. Cut your calories increase your cardio. Give yourself 8-12 weeks and take it from there. Good luck brother..

Just fill out the paperwork for Maximus. Even if you brought your test up another 100 points thru diet and exercise you'd still be low for 27. You would need to double your current test to be in a good range and that's just not going happen.

Im in a very similar situation and am 27 and tested in low 300's. DJ77 is right unless we can double are numbers naturally somehow we are screwed. If you've kicked ass for 6 months and modded your diet, supplements, and training and only gained 100 points. What more can you do? Have you tried a clomid restart? testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in the long run is the best option. Personally im sick of suffering and will be contacting Maximus very soon!

Haven't tried clomid, haven't even done research into that or how I get it. Yea I'm not into waiting another 6 months of hard work plus I don't wanna elevate cortisol by doing tons of cardio with less cals. Not sure if that's a reality or not. I just wonder what having t levels double or triple where I am feels like. It looks like my estrodial isn't even that high. Just low test. Ugh bummed but I knew I didn't really feel much different.

Yeah i was alot higher when i was the military i wanna say mid 850's and that was doing more cardio and being under crazy stress 5 years ago. So i just think I hit that point where my body is in a steady decline and my dad also has low T so I think its genetics. I have 9 out of 10 symptoms on the low t questionare so enough is enough. It sucks its for life but I would rather have a better quality of life and feel alive again!
