6 more weeks of cutting

Hey everyone,

I am finishing up about 6 more weeks of cutting, so I thought I would post my progress for anyone looking to do the same. I have been cutting for 6 weeks completely clean, and I am starting clenbuterol tomorrow for 2 weeks. I will run it again after 2 weeks off while using ketotifen.

Nothing crazy, just want to accelerate my cutting a little bit. I don't know what my body fat % is, I just go on how I look.

I will post pics tomorrow when I start as well as some dosing information if anyone is curious.
 
Actually, here is my dosing. And I forgot to mention above, I have been carb cycling, and will continue to cycle carbs until I am done. Should be fun.

Day 1: 40mcg
Day 2: 60mcg
Day 3: 80mcg
Day 4: 100mcg
Day 5: 120mcg
Day 6: 120mcg
Day 7: 120mcg
Day 8: 120mcg
Day 9: 120mcg
Day 10: 120mcg
Day 11: 120mcg
Day 12: 100mcg
Day 13: 100mcg
Day 14: 80mcg

Days 15-28: 1mg keto probably before bed

I used clen pills before, so I might have to adjust this depending on the potency of the liquid.
 
Feeling a bit sick today. Lots of people on campus are sick with the flu, and I am feeling like I might have it. If I am feeling worse tomorrow I am going to stop the clen and start when I feel better.

I took Tylenol 3 twice today because I have a crazy bad headache from both being sick and the clen, but otherwise I feel fine. I am at 80mcg today and its not too bad. Minor shakes, and elevated HR, but I don't mind the sides.
 
I think I had a little of the day flu that's going around campus. Good to go now. Chest workout went well, and felt decent energy from the clen. Tomorrow is 120mcg, and only sides are shaking and massive headache, but it's tolerable. Oh yeah, and lots of muscle cramping. I am taking 5g taurine a day to help with the cramping, but low days on carb cycling I feel really make me cramp up more so.
 
So I caught the flu. I'm fine now but damn it sucked. A combination of a fever from the flu, and being wicked hot from the clen was rough.

I am feeling super flat today. I did chest and triceps and had great lifts early in the workout, but the endurance failed me, as I am drained from the flu.

On a more positive note, tomorrow is a high carb day, which will be nice. I am seeing some great benefits from this short cutting cycle thus far, and will be taking pics very shortly.
 
Thanks venomancer! I seem to be still building some muscle, especially in my upper pecs and traps even though I have been cutting. I have tried everything to build traps and they don't grow. I am hoping my test cycle this winter will help boost that.

NOTE: I am running 120mcg to the last day. I figure the half life alone will be a taper in dosage over a few days so I will just keep it at 120 till Monday.

I have a question for you actually. What is the max for fats that you allow when people are cutting on your program? Mine have been super low the last 2 weeks and I feel like I get moderately lethargic if they are low for too long. Do you allow your clients to increase fats if they are feeling worn out?
 
Holy fuck, ketotifen literally makes you a zombie in the morning. I slept through 2 hours of alarms and missed breakfast and class.

I might take 0.5mg tonight so I can function tomorrow. I took it 12 hours ago and I still feel like I was slipped a rufie last night.

I did sleep great though! :)
 
Feeling good. Thanksgiving I splurged a little too much. Back on track now.

I think the 1st of December I will jump back on the clen. I am going to change up my dosage a bit as well as my diet. I will do 140 or 160mcg a day, and start at 100mcg. I want to push it a little more before Christmas. I will start a bulking cycle 01 January, so I want to lean out a bit more before.
 
Carbs are wonderful. I feel full and strong right now.
