6 weeks into TRT, blood work shows nothing has changed...

So, I am kinda freaking out. My blood work came in today, after 6 weeks on 50 mg E3D, my test is the exact same as it was before I started, and I don't feel any different either so my endo said "I assume you'll want to push your testosterone level a little higher than 340. Why don't you try 70 mg (35 "units" on the insulin syringe) every 3.5 days"

I find it pretty funny that he thinks I want my test just a little higher when it should be a shit ton higher. Thoughts on this?

Total Testosterone 339 NG/DL 250-1100
Free Testosterone 85.1 PG/ML 35.0-155.0
ESTRADIOL 25 PG/ML < 40
DHEA-S 203 MCG/DL 85-690
PSA 1.15 ng/mL 0.00-4.00
PROLACTIN 15.91 ng/mL 2.64-20

I started 250 IU twice a week of HCG today, and will bump my test to 70 mg twice a week and will check my blood work in 4 weeks from now to see if there is a difference but I feel pretty discouraged right now. Anyone care to chime in?

Just get your doc to up your dose to 100mg twice a week. Nothing to freak put about. You doc is just being conservative in his approach which is fine.

Ans no need to post the same question in three threads and send PMs about it too. I am going to delete the other posts to eliminate some clutter.

Like megatron said, sounds like your test dose is too low for you.

How have you been feeling? Do you feel the same as you did before you started TRT or do you feel better/worse?

It is almost as if I have replaced my shitty natural testosterone levels with the same shitty levels using TRT. I feel the same, still yawning all day, anxiety ridden, poor strength in the gym, low libido, etc. but I will up the dose and check my blood work again in 4 weeks. I know this is a slow and steady race, I will have to be patient.

Yes it's a slow process. Dialing my protocol made me learn how to be patient. It sucks you just want to feel like all tge other guys on trt you read about. Just stay the course taking it one day at a time it will all come together.
