6 weeks of clen cycle help

I wanted to do a 6 weeker of clen to drop some BF before starting my next cycle in the new year, never done an cutting cycle on juice before which is why i'm at around 20% BF currently.

Whats the verdict on the folowing

1)20mcg of clen to start, tapering up no more than 20mcg every 3 days and going no higher than 100mcg
2) 1mg ketotifen nightly
3) 5g taurine daily
4) 200-400mg potassium daily

Any ideas on the tapering down????

270lbs
20%BF
6'7"
3 years lifting


First time on fat burners.

cardio will be 3-4 times a week

low carb high protein diet, 500 cals below maintainance
 
i used 40 mcg tabs by LA pharma. went up-to 200 mcg before narrowing it down.
first day i felt like shit on 40mcg, but then body gets used to a particular dosage pretty quick and its time to up it.
 
what did the cycle look like, how long???

any results???

i did three weeks on, two off. (did twice, on the second one used benadryl, since my receptors were flooded more quickly this time.)

morning cardio 1 hr, eve weights.

cycle week 1 40/40/40/80/80/120/120
week 2 120/160/160/200/200/200/200
week 3 160/160/120/120/80/80/40/

you would turn into a vibrator with an inc in body temp. best thing is listen to your body. up the dose accordingly.
 
with right diet and training, thr's no way you can miss on clen.
be ready to sweat like a pig and pee every 15 min.
 
i started clen when i hit a plateau.
lost 10 lbs. also cycled carbs while on clen
150/100/50/50 - repeat
i made sure i had all my clen for the day before 1400hrs.
 
Ive currently in my third week of clen,

So far I've dropped 4 kg, down from 96 kg to 92kg

My break up was this

Day 1-3 : 40 mg
Day 4-6 : 80 mg
Day 7-9 : 120 mg
Day 10-13: 160 mg
Day 14- 17: 200 mg

Supps : 800 mg of magnesium daily + 2 Multi's

After ramping up to 160 mg I drink 30 ml of Benadryl original before bed

did you find its fat loss? belly flatter? muscles?

it was more of a overall fat loss..
run Winstrol (winny) alongside, if muscle loss is what you are concerned about.
do not overtrain and get enough protein and you will eliminate this option.
 
I'm running this between cycles, so Winstrol (winny) etc is out of the question, protein will be at around 350, 50/meal 7 meals, cals about 2000. I always put on fat on bulk cycles as i want the most gans possible though i just did my first on tren and gain muscle like no other, but tren being tren recovery have been harder and to keep the muscle gained i've kept eating like a tit
 
Wouldn't dare use it with a tren cycle, never sleep again!!! If I'm ok on it and it works well might use between bulk cycles to lean up in future
 
be aware the running clen on its own, without the help of gear, u will be not only be losing fat, but will also lose lean muscle tissue... clen is very catabolic on its own

and come on guys... clen is in "mcg" not "mg" as read in a post or 2 above

i lost some muscle initially while on clen but it was cause i was trying little too hard and over training.
I added an extra meal of 2 lean chicken breast and trained little smartly and catabolism was away.
 
thought there nothing to back up Clen being catabolic, only user report the opposite that it can even harden muscle, people used to/ still do use it for post cycle therapy (pct) because CLEN allows you to still ''eat big'' after cycle, knocking of some calories that steroids are no longer there to do. Are you telling me people actually ran or still run a catabolic agent while recovering?????

Anyway too late now day 1.....60mcg taken in 10mcg servings...nothing much sides wise, dont really wanna push it first day. Do feel a slight euphora after each tab special the first, no shaking though....didn't effect my on call of duty at all :)
 
wha Gwan! day 2 was yesturday did 100 mcgs, only slight tremors, did write an address down for a customer looked like a 90 year old lady had wrote it with her feet.

The thing i did notice it made me anxious as f@*k, talking a problem attic call for a payment, the customer must of though he was dealing with the new teenage work experience guy I was that jittery!!

Also had a call from someone complaining and it felt like I was shamefully getting bollocked by gym teacher while i'm naked in front of the whole school WTF??

Anyway seemed to subside some, i take all clen before 2 o'clock, heard its better for sleep issues etc and i was feeling better around 6 or 7 although I had a meal with family and friends that night and i definately wasn't myself,

Clen is crazy stuff hopefully be worth it resisting the scales till further down the line
