6 weeks of Clen straight please help

I wanted to do a 6 weeker of Clen to drop some BF before starting my next cycle in the new year, never done an cutting cycle on juice before which is why i'm at around 20% BF currently.

Whats the verdict on the folowing

1)20mcg of clen to start, tapering up no more than 20mcg every 3 days and going no higher than 100mcg
2) 1mg ketotifen nightly
3) 5g taurine daily
4) 200-400mg potassium daily

Any ideas on the tapering down????

First time on fat burners.

cardio will be 3-4 times a week

low carb high protein diet, 500 cals below maintainance
 
More than two weeks straight is a waste. Do two weeks on, taper up, then two week off. ITs a CNS stimulant. After two weeks, your CNS adapts. Take two weeks off to let it recover then come back and do it again. 2nd time around you can start a little higher and taper up.

Ive taken it before. Makes me piss every 10 mins. Also, dont take if you are prone to anxiety, might trigger an episode. Watch out for headaches too. Careful when mixing w caffeine. Can make you a jittering fool. But that is just my experience.

At 20% bf, be prepared to get your diet scrutinized the fuck out before you even start using clen.

lol, i'm with ya on the diet pal. I know i strickly shouldn't, but i'm using clen as an extra push for b4 I go on my next bulking cycle.

When I bulk I do really hold back food wise, which has given me great results muscle wise but also extra fat. I then like to use time off after PCT the lean up a bit

My last cycle was my first on tren and was pritty much sick as dogs tits. I put on alot of muscle, more than any other cycle and battling to keep it meant continuing to eat like a prick, so it been harder this time round to balance things
 
I really was hoping that was the case and you well aware of it. I think you'll be fine if you know how important you diet will be, not too much cardio though.

Is that due to the racing heart or muscle waste??? Diet is 300-400 protein, 1500-2000 cals and 50ish carbs in morning
 
Using Clen now @ 100mg starting into 2nd week and the sides that Skitzz has mentioned are bang on as to what I'm experiencing. The pissing all the time sucks!
 
get some ketotifen and take it at night before bed. This will prevent your body from "adapting" to it, and you can run clen as long as you want.
