6 weeks on -started Arimidex

Hi

Iam on week 6 (250mg test, 400 primo, 25mg proviron ed). The nipples just got hard and a little puffy, no itchy though. Started 1mg Arimidex right away. Chose between this and Letrozole. Hope this is a good decision. I have some nolvadex and clomid handy, but haven't started yet, as i wish to finish this cycle. What to do ? Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks

Yeah, get a $50 blood test. 1mg of adex can and will crush your estrogen levels QUICK. Docd has an excellent sticky on the entire process of getting accurate labs done, I suggest reading it and following his advice. Guessing at what your E2 levels are is just asinine, find out for sure and take action based on the results.

Got a call from the lab. My estradiol is 50 pg/ml and prolactine within the normal range. Gonna have them on paper Monday morning. What is going on ? Is it possible to have localised oestrogen concentration with normal blood levels ? I will continue adex anyway.

4 days only on adex with no additional test for a week and everything looks normal again. Very powerful.

Yep, that's why you have to be careful with it. It's so much harder to bring E2 back up than it is to decrease it imo. Hope you're feeling better!

If you cut back Test for a week, things are much better. Gonna treat Adex with some caution (1/4). Thank you guys for being so helpful every time. The best forum ever.
