6th week

alright iam in my 6th week of my first cycle . iam taking qv test enat 250 and 500mgs a week. iam eating 4000 cal a day and 300g of protein . my stength is goign threw the roof but as far as weight gain aim getting nothin. i gained 10 pounds my two weeks on but as far as that nothing. i was thinking maybe i should exstend it to 15 weeks . what do you guys think about this and what were your gains from your first cycle?
 
alright i will try that first . do you think it would be safe to run it for 15 weeks? i was just plaing on running it for 10 and how much did you gain on your first.
 
try 12 weeks first. But yeah, upping your calories couldnt hurt. If you like skim milk or 1%, that is a really easy way to do it. Add a glass with every meal. You will be up 1000 calories in no time.
 
whole milk is my favorite. It works, believe me. It is just really high in saturated fat, which isnt good as far as the cardio vascular system goes. But as far as weight gain.... that shitmakes baby cows grow to be hundreds of pounds, it will work for you.
 
try some vegetarian baked beans...they tase GREAT and there is about 800 calories in a can, and 0 grams of fat....:) love em...
 
I would not recomend that you go past 10 weeks if this is your first cycle. If your strength is going up then the test is doing its job, its your job to adjust your caloric intake.
