7.3% bodyfat and no abs

Im not quite sure where i was supposed to post this thread... mods feel free to move.

Anyways, i did a body fat check yesterday and i came out with 7.3% i thought it wasnt right so i did it again and it came out even lower.

The thing that is bugging me is that i can hardly see my abs. With 7.3% i figure they would be very noticeable.

I train abs, heavy, about twice a week. So, the muscle size is definitly there, but why the f*ck cant i see them?

What other factors come into play here that i might be missing?
 
if you were actually 7.3% you would see all 6 abs .. in fact most will be able to have a six pack with 9.8%(according to poliquin). The way you measured your body fat was wrong . post apic, most of us would be able to put you on within 2% of your actual bf%
 
Ya, there's no way bro... Extreme bloat/water retention could skew things but at 7%, I don't care how much water your carrying, you'll see abs. I can actually start seeing my abs around 16% BF.
 
the best way to determine is with the 7 sight measurment, some use the 3 sight measurement and it isnt acurate. if iu use the 3 point measurment im lower on bf cause my skin on my legs is very very tight, but if i go to the 7 sight measurement then it reads a bit diffrent. also pinch the back of your lower mack, i bet u grab alot, cause at 7% u would be thin in the lower back, cause thats were it comes off last.
 
Abs are the last place to lose the fat from. You are double digits body fat if you don't have abs visible yet, keep doing cardio and eat sensibly.

you can REALLY REALLY fuck up a caliper test if you havnet done it 500x correctly
