7 point body fat calculation

Guys not sure if this is the right section to put this in but ill plug away anyway. I just picked up some calipers over the weekend and im trying to work out how to calculate ones body fat from the 7 point skin folds...any help would be greatly aprreciated
 
i forget all seven but i know you gotta do in the middle of your bicep, middle of tricep, your back near your scapula and aroudn ur hip...why dont u just google it it'll b there somewhere
And just to add you'll porbbaly be way off when you do it they say u needa do it heaps to b bale 2 get it correct..

subscapular
thigh

are the 7 sites...and as far as the equation goes...lol well i have it in a book somewhere...I can look it up if you need it still...just PM me and let me know (along with age/race)
