Great tips! Reminds me of when I got back into a healthy lifestyle 2 years ago. I played football in Highschool but college life was a big party and before I knew it I was 6'1 240ish pounds. When you can't see your guy done there when you piss then you have a problem! Started at home with P90x and had good results but saw little muscle mass so I slowly ventured into the gym again. Now I'm back to 240lbs but at 16%ish BF. once I get this nutrition part locked in I am hoping to enter a competition someday. Once again great tips! Thank you for sharing I wish I read this when I started out again.

All tips are great and helpful for get slim and good body figure.I think Running,swimming,rope jump,walk,martial arts,football these games and cardio are helpful for get lose weight but it depend on you how much weight you want to get lose weight.
