i have just started taking ephedrine, two at 7.30am and another two at 2pm..
I work 3 days a weeks and have a two yr old son so the gym is kind of a no go... Im just after some advice as to what is the best exercise that i can do at home...
Thanks
Thanks nate212,
No gyms with child care around my area...
I can do about 5 mins skipping then have a few seconds rest, im getting better ...
I need to lose fat but i also want to gain a little muscle...I like to workout at home and i have the willpower to do it.
My diet is good, 1000/1200 calories a day....may not be enough i dont know, but ephedrine suppresses appetite so i have to remind myself to eat sometimes....
^^^ 1200 cal is pretty stinking low unless you are *tiny*. It is imperitive you know within 100 cal or so exactly how much you are taking in and what your BMR is.
To bad the baby is 2, breast feeding burns around 600 additional calories a day, helps women lose extra weight after having kids.
Pushups and pull ups are great. You can get pull up devices that hang on door jams. Problem is most women (and way to man men) do not have upper body strngth to do even a single rep. You can still use a chair and jump up then lower real slow.
Keep looking for a gym though
Breastfeeding is great, I breastfeed my youngest until she was one, with my pregnancies I gained about 25-30 lbs & lost it pretty fast, getting your body back in shape is the hard part.
Iwish,
You definitely have to hit the cardio at least 30 minutes, (at least 3-4 times a week) also drink plenty of water (at least 1 gallon), you can buy a jogging stroller & go jogging with your son in a park close by, You'll be in the outdoors wich helps distract your mind.
lol im far from tiny...
i breastfed him for a year, cant say it realy helped tho...
i have no upperbody strength, tho my leggs r pretty strong, my bf says iv got rediculously strong leggs... he likes to think hes a ufc champ so tryes moves out on me but i alway get him in leg locks and he has to tap out...lol
