i am finally going to start sled pulls. im following the routine which Iron Addict suggest. my question is if i pull early in the morning should i have a pre workout meal or just a shake. the first week im only pulling for like 5 mins
What is this sled pulling? Is it a wieght sled with a shoulder harness? I do sprints with this. What do you guys do with it? Or are you refering to something else?
