a new goal..for now

there's this dumbbell at the old gym that's 115 pounds and for me, that's the biggest dumbbell i've ever encountered. now, i had experienced that DB once, gripped it for less than 10 seconds with 2 reps of single arm DB row. now as I look at it, i want to best myself again.

no, not just the DB itself, but on all lifts. maybe if I strain myself more in mids of lifts, meaning, in the pushing/pulling/hold breath part, i may go places.

it's true, i'm the weakest in this forum and that's quite sad now isn't.

sure, i'm not genetically gifted in the strength part, but that doens't mean i can't do anything about it. lol being emo! sorry, just wan to let it all out
 
so your goal is what? In my experience you need concrete, tough but acheiveable numerical goals to suceed.

E.g "I want to rep the 115lb db for 10's by the end of September" etc...

however Angry i have kept up with your log an dpix and vids and i think you need to stick with it.

you can hit your goals. just apply your self too hit it.
