a pb style routine

i found a couple of routines on here by pb, and liked the one below the most.

My question is this:
how would u guys set it up if one could only train on mon,tues,thurs,friday (this or a similar style PL routine)

ROUTINE

mon- legs
squats 1x8, 1x4
leg press 1x20
calf work

wed- chest\delts\tris
flat wide grip- 2x6
decline medium grip- 2x6
weighted dips- 2x10
side lateral raises- 2x10

frid- back
deads 2x6
bent over rows- 2x4
reverse close grip pulldowns 2x6
wide grip straight bar curls- 2x8
 
That's actually pretty close to what i be doing. Except i keep the rep ranges the same for all exercises.

like my post said, that IS one he suggested

i just need to know how to run something similar on the days i can workout

i can only workout on monday, tuesday, thursday, friday

i dont have the option to workout on wed,sat,sun
 
Oh, all them colors fucked me up.

I would do it like this:

Monday: chest/shoulders
Tues: Legs
Friday: Back

Agree... I do:

Monday: Leg
Tues: Chest/shoulders
Thur: Back

they should get hit hard on back. in the words of PB "i have X" bis', i dont do bi work. are X's big enuff for you?" where x=19+inches.

OH AND:
wide grip straight bar curls- 2x8 (last thing)

the colors were meant to help, *note to self* no more colors

i like getting into the gym more often, but for shoter periods of time.

u got anything to add to this by any chance?

(would you follow the same rep scheme, any ancillary exercises etc.)
 
eh, 19 inches are ok....yea right, those are some huge arms. i guess i wouldnt do bi's either if my arms were that big.

i like fairly low reps on the big 3 [ squat/bench/deadlift ] and some of the other "heavier" excercises as well like rows and my main excercise on bis is a heavy barbell movement but MOST of the assistance work is more in the 6-12 rep range and the heavy stuff is in the 1-5 rep range .

monday legs
tuesday chest/shoulders/tris
thursday posterior work.
