a question on bench foot placement during meets

yo. I'm curious about the foot placement during bench meets/competition. there are some competitions I saw where the bencher had his feet tiptoed while some flat. are there like rules on that?? thanks.

you can get up on your toes or keep them flat.that depends on the lifter.the thing that you must do in a competition is keep them the same.no moving them once you begin the lift.meaning you can't wiggle them around.if you bring the heels up while you lift they have to go right back in the same spot.

it depends on which fed you compete in. i think one fed (USAPL) requires you to be flat footed.
