okay, maybe not, but I was screwing around with the camera before leaving for the gym so I thought I'd post it. Funny how my bigger arm looks smaller in this shot.

I've been using the sportlab whey for a while now and love the flavour, especially the vanilla. "Thicken" was great for when I was bulking
