I usually consume 230 grams of protein per day (230 pounder here).
Since im the gear and gear increases protein synthesis i figure i could consume more and am on about 300 grams. does this logic make sense or am i just wasting protons?
I weigh 215 eating 5 whole meals a day getting in 280 - 300g of protein and looking and growing good, some guys eat 400g of protein at my size and if I did that I would get fat
