''AAS and Slin''

I use Novorapid flex pen. Can bring it with me all over. And do my slin right after my workout.. I use 6-8iu in the morning,post workout and evening.. Apetite and size are crazy. Slin is the way to go. U not scared to pin that long acting slin ??
 
I keep a bottle of humalog in my car. A few times a month, when I've had a hard training session and I know I won't have to do anything strenuous or consume any fat, I will inject 5 i.u.s post workout and drink a shake with 40-50 grams of carbs and 50 grams of whey protein. I follow that up with a balanced meal within 1-2 hours. I think its dangerous if not respected but a useful tool.
 
I know that it is a very effective tool if used properly, but it still scares me!

It'll be a while before I make that leap!

ive ran 15 iu a day, done it twice a day a couple of times when i wasnt planning on eating fats. even with a fat free diet and only on 15 iu a day i packed on a bit of fat, really should run a good dose of gh with it if u can afford it (i cant) to keep fat down, be very careful if its ur first time and do ur research, starting september first i plan on 20 iu three times a day, may even decide to use slin every meal if i can get my dedication to eating low fats down

I respond well to 6-8iu. Know them big cats use high dose with slin. But 15-20iu is to much if u asking me..
 
I am still researching slin and just wanted to say thanks for the post. I hope people start talking about it a little more and share what they have learned with the rest of ology.

And a thumb rule is 10g carbs for each 1iu slin u take. This is easy to controle when using short/fast acting slin.. So 6iu slin u eat 60g carb..

If u ever thinking of doing it. Do i recommend to start out with 2-3iu and see how u respond to it. And u slowly bumb it up 1iu each time or day u slin. After 3-4 days u know what works for u.

Slin is only dangerous if your an idiot and wreckless and if you are you have no business running it anyways. It very much needs to be respected. Slin is all about timing, period. If you cant time meals and nutrients properly then your wasting your time. Humulin-R is a little more forgiving than humalog being it's a little bit slower on release but I find it more manageable. It's also available at any pharm over the counter unlike humalog.

I've only been using it for a little bit, but i've only gone hypo once and thats because I didn't jet home after the gym right away. But anyone using slin should be prepared for that and have glucose tabs on hand, I like to keep pop tarts in my gym bag also as it contains plenty of carbs and dextrose and snack on those.

Humilin-r starts taking effect in 45min, then peaks out at 2 hours and is out of your system in 4-6 hours. I like to take it 1 hour pre work out, mix a shake containing 15g glutamine, 15g creatine, 15g bcaa mixed with gatorade to get my dextrose and a scope of waxy maize(carb mix). I'll sip on that through out my workout which i'm usually in and out in an hour. I have yet to go hypo during work out. Come home and have a protien shake and eat about an our later. Helps living not even 2 minutes away for the gym.

I am by no means an expert on slin, this has just worked best for me. There are many different protocols to study and one should really research as there's so much to learn on the subject. Rule of thumb is 10g of carbs per iu, most can get away with 5-7. Protocols will be completely different between humalog/humulin-r.

Are the gains from slin easier to retain then that of AAS? Im too wondering when one makes the cross into using slin...

Its all up to u and how fast u recover after ur cycle.. I even use slin off cycle from time to time. Some say this is a no no. But i think its good to go..
 
i have done few slin only cycle a while back when i had no way of getting aas. I loved it, the only down side is (at least for me) no matter what i did, my fat level went up

Thanks for taking the time to write this Chris. What kind of results have you noticed from insulin usage as you've outlined? Also, do you only use humalin R on cycle?

I'm using humulin-r on cycle only on days that I workout but may start everyday 3x a day. But you can use off cycle and during post cycle therapy (pct) also. Some complain about fat gain but you can keep that to a minimum as long as you keep clean during that window of peak time.

The gains are much more dramatic. The pumps during workout can be a bit much but as soon as I started slin my strength and size shot up extremely quick and this is after being on cycle for a bit. It's being run with test/tren/mast 400/400/400
