''AAS and Slin''

Slin is only dangerous if your an idiot and wreckless and if you are you have no business running it anyways. It very much needs to be respected. Slin is all about timing, period. If you cant time meals and nutrients properly then your wasting your time. Humulin-R is a little more forgiving than humalog being it's a little bit slower on release but I find it more manageable. It's also available at any pharm over the counter unlike humalog.

I've only been using it for a little bit, but i've only gone hypo once and thats because I didn't jet home after the gym right away. But anyone using slin should be prepared for that and have glucose tabs on hand, I like to keep pop tarts in my gym bag also as it contains plenty of carbs and dextrose and snack on those.

Humilin-r starts taking effect in 45min, then peaks out at 2 hours and is out of your system in 4-6 hours. I like to take it 1 hour pre work out, mix a shake containing 15g glutamine, 15g creatine, 15g bcaa mixed with gatorade to get my dextrose and a scope of waxy maize(carb mix). I'll sip on that through out my workout which i'm usually in and out in an hour. I have yet to go hypo during work out. Come home and have a protien shake and eat about an our later. Helps living not even 2 minutes away for the gym.

I am by no means an expert on slin, this has just worked best for me. There are many different protocols to study and one should really research as there's so much to learn on the subject. Rule of thumb is 10g of carbs per iu, most can get away with 5-7. Protocols will be completely different between humalog/humulin-r.

If u use slin u have to do ur home work. I not recommend to take 10iu slin. And jump in bed not eating ur carbs,,..

Slin is the first thing i do in the morning. After i eat soem food and add a proteine shake. And i all ways have a chocolate bar with me all the time.

If u slin and eat or take some fast carbs right after. There is nothing to be afraid of.

that being said i have done slin (humilin r) with amazing results. the fat just melts off and the strength gains are amazing. slin has to be done right, safety and its all about timing with slin. never run it more than 5 days/week and more than 1 month at a time. have a glucometer on hand just to be safe. i like to run it post-wo only

play it safe, no more than 6-8 iu pwo. as a rule take 10 grams of carbs per iu of slin. so i would take slin post-wo, take a shake with 40grams protein and 60-80grams dextrose. another hour later its chicken breast and sweet potato, followed by the same meal another hour later. try to avoid fats after slin. slin forces protein and nutrients directly into the muscles, so timing is critical.

once the slin kicks in its a cool feeling. your muscles are cool and tingly

will i try it again? not unless i run hgh. its not worth the risks otherwise.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN RUNNING INSULIN

ive used slin once before. great stuff imo but the guys are right. you gotta be careful. i never went hypo but i always made sure to get enough carbs in.

the most i did was 8-10IU but i dont think that much is really necessary. ill use it again but no more than 5IU preworkout.

strength gains were good as was the size. pumps were incredible when taken preWO. i did put on a bit of fat though.
 
I'm from Illinois, does anyone know if its legal over the counter here anymore, & what do I tell them if they ask me questions I have no clue about? Do I say its for my grandpa? I read someone said the humalog needs a Rx, but not Humalin R? I will take the R, but need to know I wont get arrested for trying to buy it.
 
I have no answer to ur question bro,,.... But not do something stupid now.. Do ur home work first. And start out slow. Start out on a low dose slin. And have ur food/carbs on the table before u slin. Never slin and wait for it to take action. If u all ways have ur food ready and some fast carbs around when u slin. I think u will never have any problems. But if u slin and forget to eat. or not have some fast carbs around can things be dangerous.. Please respect slin before u start using it...
 
as everyone has stated slin is not something to play with. do your research and always be prepared (ei. glucose tabs, glocuse meter, etc) ...

i have been using humulin r pre-workout for the last month.. i only use it on work out days .. and the pumps have been great.. i feel stronger and ready to begin next set faster.. i always have a meal a couple hours b4 the gym and i take my slin about 45 min prior to gym.. 15-20 min b4 gym i have my prew/o drink .. NO-Xplode + 10g bcaas +5g glutamine + 5g creatine + 20g hydrolized whey + 20g carbs ... during my workout i sip on a shake consisting of 10g BCAA's , 10g creatine , 10g glutamine, 50g whey, 60g carbs... ill ususally be in gym for about an hour. then drive home take a shower and drink my last shake containing 50g whey, 30g carbs... 1.5-2 hours after that i eat a meal.
this is how i have been doing it for a couple weeks @16iu prew/o ... still adjusting and playing with the carb intake. havent gone hypo at all. have addded about 10lbs in last month not sure how much fat!!! but this is a pre-run ... waiting to gather funds for a good GH run to go with the slin and test.
