Im going to start implementing ab exercises into my workout.. I don't like to do 1,000 reps so I like to do heavy/resistance exercises..
I train my upper abs by doing decline situps with a 45 plate..
First question would be.. After my ab workouts is it suppose to be so fricken hard to get up and feel like a crippled person? (it goes away after a while, day or two)..
second is.. How would I train my lower abs with weight? Should i put a dumbell between my ankles?
