Ab Routine

Hi guys, just wanted to get a few opinions on a good Ab routine and what you use.

My current Ab routine is 3 days a week -

Leg Raises - 40
Knee Raises - 40
Bicycle - 40
Swiss Ball Situp w/5kg Plate - 40

Trying to tone up more and will be starting a massive cardio hit in next few weeks so just wanted some advice on a good routine?

Personally man for real ab exercises are for chicks, I've never really done them not much point, just do lifts like squats and deads with heavy weight, throw in some cardio and you're g2g. Those exercises involve your core a lot and in MY opinion work better than the ones you stated above to strengthen and tone. Don't forget diet makes all the difference too. Then again to each their own
