about fruit while dropping BF

im 9% BF..im trying to go to about 4-5% just windering do i ahve to drop fruit, like oragens appleas and abanas ..if not what time of teh day is it best to have it ..i was wondering after workout..any other suggestions
 
Do you "HAVE" to drop fruit out of your diet- Nope there are some guys like Phil Hernon that advise his clients to use only fruit. I've used fruit on now a couple of guys during a contest prep and they were leaner then ever before.

The best thing to do is do some research about how much fructose% different fruits have. Some will be better preworkout some will be better postworkout and even some better at breakfast.
