Diet will give you a huge advantage! How many of your buddies go hit Taco Bell after the gym?
Yeah, I believe it.. a good diet is something i've always struggled obtaining for my goals. but i will say alot of the guys im competing/associating with are d1 athletes. obviously what they are doing is working for them and it seems impossible to reach these times and improvements at the rate they are able to without going on roids.
tbh i don't want to be on roids for a long time as so many of you pros(pretty much) are, but perhaps running for two or three years through college would be desirable. i just assumed there is an easy way to jump on these substances without destroying your body chemistry, as many of the athletes that i know, im pretty sure, dont know much about what they're taking.
