This will be my first real PH cycle. By real I mean back in the day I took some andro supps but those were only good for gaining zits. Anyway, I am 36 and 5'10'' 220lbs, decent build. I am planning a 6 week pulse cycle with support:
Week 1: 30/30/30/30
Week 2: 30/30/40/40
Week 3: 40/40/40/40
week 4: 40/40/40/40
Week 5:40/40/40/40
Week 6: 40/40/40/40
I plan to follow with a PCT natural test booster/ZMA/D-Aspartic, etc. Is this a decent split for a first a run? I have read that there is no point in doing less then 30 and that 30-40 is were it really takes a hold. My goal is ncrease lean body mass and decrease bodyfat. Thanks guys.
