About to start New Cycle looking for last minute tips

Hey everyone. Okay so im gonna start a 20 week cycle and Im putting together a workout program for it and I want to divide it into 2 parts. The first 10 weeks I want to focus on gaining size and strength. Im doing 750mg of test cyp a week. Then the last 10 weeks I want to focus on shredding and cutting for this im still doing the same test cyp but im adding 75mg a day of tren acentate. Im also running other things like ai, caber, and hcg during and of course doing pct but Im putting together my training program right now and am just looking for opinions and tips on things I should add into it and ways to differ the two parts both in the gym, cardio, and diet? Like supersets, drops sets, cardio, intensity, rest times between sets, in the first 10 weeks vs the last 10 weeks. Diet tips in the first 10 weeks vs last 10 weeks. That sort of thing. I know everyone has their own ideas on things so Im Just looking for Any advice/help I can get. Thanks everyone
 
Training doesn't change. Maybe intensity as you begin getting really fatiqued from low BF %. High rep for cutting, low rep for bulking is non-sense.

Dieting stays the same. Just start restricting carbs and adding proteins (as necessary)
 
Agree with tbone, minimum cut would be 12 weeks, maybe more if your gonna jump on stage and depending on BF during start of the cut.

That being said, your right everyone does have their own opinions on things but the gross majority will all tell you the same thing... pick one.. bulk or cut.
Why would you bulk for 10 weeks and then go directly into a cut.. First off your body has not even become adjusted to the weight you have gained.. Secondly how can you determine how far you need to cut if you haven't dropped the majority of the water from the bulk before creating a set point.. Thirdly you are going to be taxing your body going up and down like that..

Can it be done sure, but whats the point. Where does this statement make sense to you. I am going to gain 20 pounds then turn around and lose 15 immediately after I gain it..why not just concentrate on gaining 5 pounds... because I can tell you thats about what you are gonna keep doing this way. Unless you are looking to walk on stage this is a horrible idea.

Personally I would just opt for a recomp, slow steady body changing gains over a long period like 20 weeks.. Use a nutritionist like 3j and a proper cycle for the desired outcome.. when its done right amazing things can happen.. My first time with 3J and a recomp cycle I gained 15 - 20 pounds and lost about 3% BF.. Thats what a proper whole food diet can do to someone..

But I'd rec doing a non aas cut with an Eca stack and peptides if you can afford them and then do a 12 week bulk as follows
Test e 250mg/week 12 weeks
Teen ace 80mg ed 10 weeks
There's no need for an ai as the test is a try dose but I'd rec the hcg and pct protocol from the link I've posted above
