I am not really familiar about what is the best thing on the market. i dont know what i should take, i was thinking about taking Sus. but im not sure. I have a hard time gaining weight and ive been working out for over a year and i see little results. i have tried alot of things on the market but i still see no results. I have pretty intense workouts and i am getting fustrated.

I am 6' tall
160LBS
I am 20 years old and want to get around the 180lb mark.

I was wondering what is good to start with and how much everything will cost. If you guys can please help me that would be great. I dont want to be a monster just look pretty decent, i am ripped now but thats it i can't get bulk.

The first things that come to mind:

You've only been working out for a year(and of course like everybody young now days-better jump on the juice).

There is a lot of SHTI on the market. But have you really giving food a shot? Taking advantage of the main ingredient involved in muscle growth..I find it hard to believe all you young guys' balls aren;t working!

You have intense workouts but what about recovery? Is it intense.

And how do you know in such a short time you have a hard time gaining weight? Maybe you do. But maybe you just don't eat as much or as good as you think you do.

Here's a guess: Your frustration is causing you most of your problems by making you go to the wrong extremes?

I don't know about the rest of you guys. But I get so sick & tired of seeing younger guys that act like they've put a life time of effort into working out after a few months or a year. Then they decide to jump on the roid wagon. Fucking pay your dues!!!!! Goddamn if it was ez everyone would be built like pros.
Find out what your doing wrong before you put a roid bandage on the siutation and never figure your body out.
Chances are you don't eat enough and you workout like shit(either too much of the wrong type of traing of not enough of the right kind).
Not a flame but after this whiney ass pm dzxnuts I got (or wtf ever) about how this character has been working out a whole"9 months" before he started juicing makes me wanna knock the shit outta this punk ass kid.
Their definition of working out and eating right and not getting anywhere are so far from what is really up. It's like they wanna say they didn't have a choice because they couldn't gain without roids.
Bull-fucking-shit!

A guy posts a half ass picture where what you can see looks like ,,,,,I wanna say shit but actually NOTHING (cause ther is not enough visual to go by) gets pissed when you tell him the way it is. Do you fuckers really want to be lied to?
Is that why you post a damn pic of a forearm and ask opinions? You get a real one and freak the fuck out. Would it be doing you justice to say "GREAT JOB!" or "LOOKING GOOD BRO!!!'
Yeah sure if you were a bitch I was fucking I'd lie out my as to keep the pussy flowing... :nonono2:

Thanks alot you gave me alot of insight and i was wondering if maybe you can give me a work out schedule and excersices so i can gain mass. I think it is that i am so jealous of my younger brother he is 18 and he is so much bigger then me and he hasn't been working out for as long as i have. He doesn't juice or anything he lives in GNC. He was also born with the body type and gains muscle fast. I guess that is what i look at everyday and have to compare myself too.
Thanks for giving me some info on hard work and dedications cause that is what i have i guess it is the jealousy factor that made me thinkk about doiing it and that is why i asked some ?s. If u can please send me a work out program and eating habbits i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again bro

Simply put from one hard gainer to another... I used to be 6'1 157lbs in highschool so I know where your coming from!!!!.. At your weight and height I am assuming much like me that your metabolism is in high gear constantly??? That said it is a common mistake when you first start training to overdo the training aspect and neglect the importance of diet and muscle recovery. I know this was true for me. I would say start training in a way that your stimulating the muscle to grow and then feed the muscle so it can grow... Try not to exceed 8 reps for any given set( our body types respond better to heavier weight and less reps) Overtraining is something you want to avoid here!!!! As an example for me personally I try not to exceed 15 sets for any body part I do, when I am not on gear!!! I hit it harder when on than off, and only train large muscle groups once per week. This doesnt sound like alot but hit it hard and concentrate on good form rather than heavy weight you cant control and you'll stimulate your muscle's enough bro trust me!!!! arms and shoulders, forearms and calves could be hit more often if your an animal!! And stick to compound movements, like bench presses, military presses, squats, deadlifts and barbell curls and others similar to these for the core excercise.. And then you can hit the body part with other excercises to finish off you sets..!!! ( NOte that Legs is the only bodypart I hit with 15 sets regularly, everything else I hit hard in the 10-12 set range!!! But occasionally I throw in some extra sets but I try as a rule of thumb to never exceed 15 sets per bodypart!!!!)Avoid going for the girly machines and hang out with the big boys by the free-weights..LOL That covers the training part..... Now as far as diet goes to simplize the whole thing... Eat 8 ounces of meat every two and a half to three hours, supplement some protein, and eat all the carbs you can stand and you will grow brotha... And if your like me all the carbs won't effect the waist line at all.........So in short to what I said......kill it in the gym but dont kill it to hard, and eat your ass off and you will grow like a weed bro..........

Just a quick mental note... If you took juice and didnt eat well you would probably be dissapointed with the results!!!!! Good Luck bro

I was wondering what is a good workout schedule, how many a days i should hit up the gym, what excersises and body parts should i work daily. if you can write something up for me i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks my man

Hey Rosco, again, you're the one that is going to need to do the work. There is a weath of information on this web site about training and eating right if you just take the time to read and look. If you want someone to write something up for you, you'll need to pay them.

That said, why don't you do some reseach in the training section and write up your own workout schedule and then post it up for critique? You are far more likely to get feed back and input on your training that way.

Do the same for diet - head over to the diet section, or do a search on BULKING and DIETS and see what it pull up. Put a diet together for yourself and post it up to get feed back.

Good luck.
