Abs....Need Help

I am currently in the stages of a major Cut Session.

I need a killer ab workout I can incorporate into workout and do daily.

Please any comments or suggestions will help, I need a real good program

There are two ways of working out your abs:

Working them out, and working them out the right way. Which for most people would be same as other body parts. Once per week.

But, depending on an individual, some can get away with working out certain body parts twice per week. Some bodyparts recover faster than others and can take the load, but still only for so long.
 
First off......love the screen name. And the little caption underneath.

You may think this is the girl in me but seriously.....the best ab workout is Windsor Pilates Ab workout. You'll be seriously hurting after.

I only do abs twice a week.....the video once and 10 minutes of other ab exercises. To give yourself a hard workout add weights.

Go rent the Windsor Pilate Ab vid......after you do it once you'll buy it. I guarantee it.
 
Just as long as you're keeping your abs tight and not letting them 'relax' in the middle of an an exercise, then you will work them well. I've been doiing 10 minute ab sessions about 2 times a week, incorporating lying leg raises, weighted reverse hyperextensions as well as cable crunches. Sometimes I'll do 15 sets of 15 very strict reps of just one exercise with about 30 secs-1 minute rest in between. My abs are usually burning the next day, which is a good sign. Obviously, diet is also a big factor in whether or not I will be able to really see my abs, but I can tell that when I get my bf % down a little bit more from 13% to maybe aroun 10% or 9%, then they will be well-defined and more visible from all of the ab work. It takes time, but is well worth it :-)
