Abs

Hey im steve im 5"9 and weigh 70kgs (155) i was wondering what sort of exersizes i should do to start off, and when i get stronger what exersizes i should be doing to get good abs. i dont have anything there at the moment but i know if i go and do alot of training that il get them fairly fast i just dont know what to do and i really need someone to lay it out for me on what i should be doing, my bf is about 10%. and im diet is fairly average, the odd occasional mcdonalds or junk food.

Squats, squats, and squats. Their so very key when building a strong core. Crunches and all those other dinky exercises only bring you so far. Start doing everything weighted aswell. Abs are like any other muscle, you want them big, use weights. If you want to do just abs then roman chairs, leg raises, decline crunches weighted, bicycle, leg flutters, planks, incline planks, LOTS of medicine ball training as well. Focus on your entire core instead of just getting that six to show in the front.
