Acne and HGH

I am not looking to get big and I am 39 years old just doing this as a maintenance thing. So I started taking Novotropin the day after Christmas. The first week I took 1 iu a day then for the next 3 weeks I took 2 iu a day with no days off. My nose and surrounding area started getting oily and I started to get whiteheads on my nose every night, after that I got 3 big acne cysts on my face, none on my body. My diet is really good, no trash, I am a clean eater, chicken, oatmeal, spinach, etc.

So now I stopped taking the HGH because of the break outs and I am wondering how long I should take a break from the HGH before I lose the build up I already had. Also wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to something I could take other than Accutane, like serms/pct, while taking the HGH to control the acne.

I was also thinking about dropping down to .5 iu per day or .5 iu per day X 2

No, only HGH, I don't take AAS because of the acne side effects. I took some Anavar over the summer which worked out nice, not to many break outs, but I was taken a way lower dose than I have seen anyone post. I was taking 10mg tabs 2-3 times a week and got shredded from them. I also noticed strength gains 2 weeks after I stopped taking the var.

I have never heard of HGH causing acne. Might be some other hormonal imbalances you have going on or maybe you are sweating too much.

LOL, I work outside for a living in the East coast so I doubt sweat has anything to do with it.

I have found that real gh helps your skin stay acne free.

I found that I had some hormone changes including jawline acne bad!! And oily skin for the first time in my life. I have had a few actual small cysts form on my chest. Looked similar to acne but a little more blister like. The acne on my jawline is cystic sometimes. I started spotting occasionally when I started gh. I changed my bc to max dosage of progesterone and its helped a lot.

I'm sticking it out. My theory is, and this is mostly just wishful thinking, that since the gh is supposed to help your skin and helps things heal faster that some of the cysts and acne are being pushed to the surface and will eventually clear up. Who knows tho, lol
