acne dark spots

accutane has made a majority of mine fade. I'm sure others have had experience with other things. Tanning helps them appear better too.

thanks guys ,,well another question ,,,i know it might seem dumb but actually i dunno anything about sun tanning ..there are no tanning salons so what should i do to have a good sun tan ,,thanks in advance

can anyone give me the precise steps for getting a good tan without the need for tanning salons ,,,sorry but its the first time for me to make a sun tan here in egypt very little who sun tan so i dont have any clue ,,thanks

Rub some baby oil on your skin and go cook in the sun for 15 min your burnt in no time, which will become a sweet tan. hahaha

if your ghetto ..use crisco--------------on a side note i read that if you expose yourself to the sun regularly at low dosage..get a good base tan..rather than
going out all at once..you are less likely to develop cancer

...as well as less likely to burn.

Mate just put on some low-factor sun cream and get out in the sun. When you feel the heat increasing in your skin you will be approaching the point where you start to burn. Don't go too much beyond this - little and often will get you a nice tan. Longer exposure to the sun will induce burning and won't look good. Play it by ear and find out how long you can stay out before you burn, rather than just going over the top immediately.

You live in Egypt so your skin is probably more used to the sun than most, so its hard to say what factor you should be using. Maybe start off with a factor 15 and if you dont burn lower it.

as a former lifeguard, i know that with spf 15 you could be out there all day and not get any color.

i always used the banana boat oil with spf 4 or 5 and that took maybe a couple hours of being outside in the sun to see any color from that
