I'm doing a test e 3 cc / week and just 2 months in im barely starting to break out on acne.. is there anything i can use to control it?

Keep your e2 in check with an AI. Shower twice daily. Supplement with zinc and vitamin b5. Avoid simple sugars, etc...

sometimes there's not much you can do, but try those things and hopefully others will have more ideas. I'm basically screwed when I run any DHT compount, mast, var, etc. The only thing I haven't tried yet is accutane, but I'm avoiding it at all costs.

There's a few different remedies. Salicylic acid cream, benzoyle peroxide cream both work well for MINOR breakouts. Then there's antibiotic creams like clindamycin, arithromycin, etc. Then if that doesn't work there's oral antibiotics. Then there's accutane.

There is a topical version of accutane called retin-a. It can be very effective for spot breakouts but for large areas it can be tough because you have to use so much and some spots you can't reach. I have retin-a cream in my drawer...about 12 tubes of it just in case. It takes months to work and often makes the acne worse at first before it starts working. Much less side effects than oral accutane and without the liver toxicity.

Accutane crushes acne, but it is harsh. Why are you so worried about the acne? Girls will be looking at your muscles and not a few pimples bud. Controlling e2 will help, but acne is mainly caused by androgens reacting with sebaceous glands and bacteria in the skin. Again, androgens are the hormonal culprits here, not estrogen, but you still need to control the e2. If you want a source for accutane I will pm you one but I don't think you really need to be using that as the risks outweigh the benefits for some people.

As a teenager accutane cleared me up permanently. It was harsh and I did not like the 6 month treatment of high dosage accutane.
