the first spots have appeared second week of cycle anybody know how to stop the spots?

It's acne that's related to the change in your hormone levels. You can't stop it unless you taking something like accutane (low dose), if it doesn't cause scarring, just deal with it til the end of the cycle.
for some once blood levels even out acne starts to get under control.
seeing your cycle from your other post looks like it might not get better for you.
