Any advice for cycles for women? I eat clean have some what of a muscular build. I would like to get more lean and ripped, with out bulking up, and like many it's hard for me to get away from my mid section. I am 5''2 140 now, I was 160... I have always worked out, but I realized that people have always told me I was muscular, so now I want to take my body to the next level competing. Anythings possible! BTW I have done a lot of reading on different cycles, I have just taken in so much I don't now where to start.
