Advice: getting lean

I know the biggest part or getting lean is my diet. I have pretty much taken care of that: lean beef, chicken breast, whole wheat . . . My caloric intake is at what my body needs. I'm also taking L-carnitine, a thermogenic, and CLA, amino acids, and LGlutamine. Now, my question is: I know you can do cardio on an empty stomach to loose weight; but what about lifting on an empty stomach for the same purpose? Do you guys have any other advice on how to loose fat and maintain the muscle I gained during my cycle? PLEASE COMMENT. ANY AND ALL ADVICE WILL BE APPRECIATED. THE GUYS AT THE GYM ON ROIDS ARE DICKS AND WON'T GIVE ME ADVICE. :0P
 
If your on gear it ll help with catabolism for sure.

How much fat...where is it..what r your genetics..you realize high test with high fat is not good...the estro will promote fat.

Lifting on an empty stomach is OK if u feed the machine afterwards. I get so damn hungry and grumpy I m a bigger asshole than usual.

jeez..with all the attention you paid to diet and intake of various compounds i d say you need to ....be patient..keep on doing it..post up a pic ? Talk to 3j ??

Aerobics longer and longer....
 
My advice would be to eat before training but you can do cardio on empty stomach. I stay at 500-1000 more than I need to maintain. This is for me to grow (slowly) while maintaining low bodyfat. Honestly I don't get fat anyway but I have gotten kinda sloppy with to much weight, or at least what I consider sloppy.

some basics: swich your routine up for confustion ie don't do the same cardio everyday for 4 months. HIT is great to burn fat, doing different types of cardio throughout the week also helps- use your body in different ways. This includes your lifting too- continue to shock the body and it will respond. Diet of course is a big part of it...

Don't do weights on an empty stomach... you need the energy to propel your workout and keep good form. To maintain muscle: many supplements.

losing bf and keeping muscle is greatly predicated on your diet... if you think you have that down the right way then more power to you...

NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER WORKOUT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!!!

but cardio is a different story.. if you can wake up in the morning and do low intensity cardio for 30-45min then do it!!!
