I've been training now for 4 years, right now I'm 6'3 203lbs. up from 6'3 174 from when I started so you can see I'm a hardgainer to the fullest! My split right now looks like this.MON-5 sets squats-4 sets hack squat-4 sets calf raise-4 sets DB curls-4 sets straight bar curl.WEDS-5 sets bench-4 sets DB incline-4 sets military press-3 sets weighted dips-3 sets side laterals super set w/front raises.FRI.5 sets deadlift-4 sets lat pulldown-3 sets one arm row superset w/upright row-3 sets front shrugg SS w/rear shruggs.I keep my workouts within 50 min. and I'm eating or drinking a shake right after my last set.I keep my reps between 6-8 and try to increase the weight each week,my problem is...my chest, shoulders, legs are lacking bad especially chest. It's very irratating because I know my shit however I'm still lacking in areas that need help.My diet is money....I take in about 4300 cals which includes around 300g of protein,I don't stick to a meal plan however I eat every 2 hours and I always keep it clean,I increased my fats because I was still having a hard time gaining.I'm thinking that I need to adjust my split a little because I'm not making the gains I want,I think that training chest and shoulders the same day might be decreasing my gains because I shouldn't be able to go heavy bench and still have the juice to go heavy military press. I need some good advice from the experienced,I don't care if the whole split get's changed I just need to yield some good gains.I'll put in the effort if you guys put in the time!P.S. I'm not a monkey that doesn't know how to train I just know there's alot of people out there that have been doing it a long time and already know what works through trial&error so if I can take advantege of that it would save a hell of alot of time and sweat! THANKS AHEAD!
