Im just getting back into lifting so I need help. I assume itll be easier to lose my excess stomach fat before i start trying to build all my muscles up with a high protien diet, correct? im 5' 6 166lbs but i have a high percent body fat. So what u think I can do to come to a balance of losing fat and adding muscle? Also comment on my I NEED A BLUEPRINT THREAD in the training section if you think you can help me with a routine thanks
