Im just about to start my 2nd cycle using 500mg test pw for 16 weeks...
During the first few weeks on my 1st cycle my face and neck got really fat looking, is there anyway to stop this because it makes it very obvious...

AI is also a great way to go AFTER diet doesn't work.

you definitely need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to combat this... as everyone else said, sodium is a killer for bloating and retaining water as well... get yourself and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and i think you will notice a huge difference...

thanks for the advice, I have a really good diet so Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is the way to go i think..
